Currently there are three vineyards with potential for more.

Vineyard #1 located on DT south of the residence is 1.25 net acres planted in Cabernet Sauvignon vines.

Vineyard #2 located on SV is 1.14 net acres planted in Muscadine vines.

Vineyard #3 located on SV is 1.25 net acres planted in Muscadine vines.

In 2002 approval was granted from Napa County to develop 5 acres on the SV property.   This plan included grapes vines, fruit trees, garden and wildflowers.  Subject to Napa County approval additional areas could be planted.
